901 Games Terms of Service

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and 901 Blue Chips (“we,” “us”) for the 901 Games app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review them with you.


1. License

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use 901 Games on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app.


2. Blue Chips and in-game items

Blue Chips, themes, scores, and other in-game items are for fun inside the app only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, and cannot be transferred. Game progress is stored on your device, so deleting the app deletes it.


3. 901 Games Plus

  • 901 Games Plus is optional. Every game can be played free.

  • Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

  • A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.

  • The lifetime option is a one-time purchase.

  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

  • Use “Restore purchases” on the Plus screen to restore Plus on a new or reset device signed in with the same Apple ID.


4. Fair play

Please don’t cheat, exploit bugs, or use tools to change scores or Game Center leaderboards. We may reset or remove scores that appear to be cheated.


5. About the content

901 Games is inspired by Memphis and the Mid-South. Neighborhood maps, landmarks, and places are stylized for fun and are not exact. Trivia is for entertainment; we work to keep it accurate but can’t promise every answer is error-free. 901 Games is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports team, venue, business, or brand mentioned in the app.


6. Updates and changes

We may update the app, add or remove games and features, or change these Terms. If we change these Terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated Terms.


7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, and we do not promise the app will be error-free or always available.


8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 901 Blue Chips is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or 901 Games Plus in the 12 months before the claim.


9. Apple

These Terms are between you and 901 Blue Chips, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple is not responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.


10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
